Struggling to think of cons!

Poor management, hyper critical no support Only store outside of UK so very poorly organised Area manager doesn't really get the difference in culture. Really poor head management especially in communication

Managers are overworked and underfunded. Expected to fill roles when there are shortages of managers with no benefits or reward. Favouritism when deciding managers to promote and can be very unprofessional. No real support.

No bad things to say

Need to also work the front door and provide security to deter thieves some may find this hard

- not very flexible with availability

- frequent management changes - Some managers were extremely condescending

Don’t have any cons, I enjoyed my time here
