incentives. otherwise nothing. it’s horrendous.

everything. subhumanly treated, bullied by colleagues and management, pushed around, horrendous hours, horrendous working environment. nothing you do will EVER be good enough for these people. i was worked to the point of injury and exhaustion. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Unexceptionally high targets and long working hours! I understand their need for effiiciency, but they just constantly push you to meet the target or else you are put on a performance review. Leniency is null because there are so so many things that affects your work peformance from the type of pallets you receive or the quality of your station or just having a bad day. You can give your best but it is not enough for them!

You can work hours to suit your lifestyle Generally the managers are friendly and supportive and there is a positive atmosphere when you come to work It mostly feels like you are your own boss and there is minimal control and supervision

Cons

The working hours are not great in support of an 18 hour delivery window from 6 am to midnight
