      New company, 20 an hour

      Cons

      No commission, they make it sound like they have commission but it’s only incentives that they randomly choose like $20 for each booking you get when you sell a package but not all the time

      They pay pretty decent in a good decent part of town

      Cons

      always changing say one thing do another nothing but broken promises, had a registered sex offender promoted into managment, takes your commision when you leave, different answers for every question, changed commision every other week wouldnt tell you either you never knew if you were getting paid or not.. I could go on and on lol

      ONE company has taken a great effort to set me up for success in my role at the company. Every team member and employee has been engaging, kind, and supportive. The management team has worked diligently to support me with understanding the organization's goals and how my skill sets will benefit the growth of the organization. ONE has a great fun work environment and everyone is extremely friendly. There is great growth potential at the company and I'm privileged to work for this organization.
