Pros
There is nothing called pros but you will get a political party atmosphere where everyone is behind everyone and there is one HR (Madhusmita) who is very much unprofessional .She even doesn't inform you about your interview feedback and she only take her favourite and reference candidate. Don't know why she is there in this company.
Cons
Everything positive reviews written by their own employee here. Don't make fool of yours by joining this company You will be kicked out from this company within one month. No job security and no hikes. All the relatives are here who doesn't know anything. Don't ever join this company.
