The best things about working at NuoDB are: 1) Working with smart, engaging and collegiate colleagues. 2) Solving hard computer science problems. 3) Working directly with customers to understand their needs, and iterating designs and solutions with them. 4) Having a real impact on deciding on our strategy and how we execute it. 5) Trying to accomplish something unique. 6) People are trusted to manage their time and projects effectively.
Cons
NuoDB is still a startup, which means: 1) At times it is all hands on deck to try and accomplish something to a tight deadline (most of us thrive in this kind of environment, thankfully!) 2) We are resource constrained, which means we need to be creative in our approach to solving problems.
