      No new games in 5 years

      Pros

      Lots of benefits and perks: free food, games, mobile (and paid bills). Lots of freedom and flexibility.

      Cons

      Company has no direction, as a consequence not a single game has been released since the lucky Top Eleven. Management consists of programmers promoted to managers despite having no people skills. Closed Serbian mentality as opposed to a much needed international one.

      Pros

      I joined shortly after completing my university studies and I have learned so much in the time since I have been with the company. The company believes in its employees and encourages us to grow and do the best we can. This culture has given me opportunities (project management, presenting at conferences) to learn and grow that I know I would not get in other companies. Nordeus is full of fantastic colleagues who are willing to pass on their experience and help each other out! Other less important pluses are flexi-hours, great healthcare package, team events, and very comfortable offices.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.

      • Great learning opportunities • Very talented and smart people to work with • Always something new to learn • Company makes an effort to become better and better and improve flaws

      Cons

      • Internal communication could be improved
