      Totally Dysfunctional Circus

      Pros

      There are no pros working for this company. The sole purpose of it's existence is to fund the current questionable lifestyles of the owners.

      Cons

      There is no leadership at thi company. One of the owners uses the company as a place to receive weapons when he lived in Thailand in an immoral lifestyle with multiple women.

      Pros

      Some very good people are hired but are quickly beaten down by unkept promises and negative work environment.

      Cons

      Nepotism, a lot of yelling and screaming by senior management, threats that the company is always on the edge of going broke, poor pay, lots of whipping - short on praise. Management by crisis and no strategic thinking. Wasting tens of dollars trying to pinch pennies. Very hostile work environment. No morale. Good people are leaving.

      Pros

      Family run business with all its cons and pros: fatherish treatment of employees, so a lot is allowed however this comes at a price of submission and no critics to the management. Product is cool and one of the best in its field, interesting customers.

      Cons

      Teams that are geographically separated do not really share the same company culture every has its own thus the collaboration between different locations is not as effective as it could be.
