The Company is willing to invest and promotes younger generation employees to lead and perform. They’re constantly upgrading to keep up with the current trend. Great peers, great learning experience, have had a lot of success stories and achievements are proudly recognised even by the Top Management ! It’s a good workplace for one who is willing to take the challenge and excel af their performance.
Cons
The Company has a legacy to keep and older generations still attached. Hence, the generation gap. However, its a good hybrid culture for the younger generations to experience working with people from vast experiences and different mindset. Being a moderator is my key to flawless communications upwards.
