The working environment allows the employees to grow and learn to thrive in the field they're in. Their management is very open to feedback, which they use as an avenue to improve their internal processes.

- We celebrate both big and small wins. We get treats from the company for what you would expect to be business as usual and nothing special in other companies. - Lots of benefits (great HMO package, overtime, graveyard allowance (which excludes a separate 20% increase in your base pay if you work the night shift), lots of days off, nap room, game room, etc - The leaders have a vision for the community -- which is something you don't normally hear about in other companies where you're just there to work. Here, you're actually trying to achieve something for the community. - Got an interesting idea? The people here actually listen to you and let you organize your own clubs (funded, btw), events, etc - Lots more but I need to do something else now :P
