      Pros

      Netfillip is a very good company. I learned a lot during my time here. The owner is very supportive and approachable. Salaries are always paid on time. The work culture encourages respect and collaboration with seniors. Healthy discussion and constructive criticism are a normal part of project work, which helps in growth. There is no excessive work pressure in this company. Overall, it is a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Netfillip was my first IT job, and I couldn't have asked for a better environment to start in. The team was genuinely supportive — my manager took the time to help me understand real-world workflows that you just don't get from academics alone. The work was hands-on from day one, which helped me build confidence quickly. The culture felt collaborative rather than competitive, and I never felt like a junior employee being sidelined—good exposure to industry tools and processes, giving me a solid foundation for future roles.
