Pros

- Hybrid working model - Transport/food bonus - Company hardware - Chance to learn a lot

Cons

- Sudden and constant layoffs - They constantly change their plans and may decide to shut down your office all of a sudden and send you home - Chinese mentality does not fully align with the Western European one - They make weak contracts with subcontractors and partners and the employees end up paying the price

Pros

- The hybrid work model offered a good balance between office and remote work. - Flexible schedule, supported by a generally healthy and understanding work environment. - The office is located in a nice area, making commutes or in-office days pleasant. - The tools provided were user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made daily tasks smoother. - Great colleagues – people were genuinely nice and collaborative, making teamwork more enjoyable.

Cons

- Netease had no clear direction for the project, resulting in three rounds of layoffs during my time there. - Management often told us one thing (A) only for the outcome to be completely different (B), leading to confusion and frustration. - Communication was consistently poor across the board, making it hard to stay aligned with the company's goals. - There was almost no protection or support for employees, which made the work environment feel unstable and unsecure. - The company didn't show enough care for its employees, and it felt like we were just numbers – ironic, given their supposed pride in being one of the "Healthiest Companies of the Year."
