      Pros

      There are many specialists in Net One. You can work together with such a superior engineer especially in Networking and Cybersecurity. It depends on departments, but you also move it if you want. Besides, Work From Homw (WFH) is very common. You do NOT ask anyone if you work at home or remotely. Every employee have a meeting online and using a chat app, Webex.

      Cons

      Education is poor. You need to learn many things by yourself. You should be able to find the right people who have the knowledge you need.

      Pros

      I could gain good work experience in my 20s. Some co-workers had extremely professional skills in engineering Cisco, or attractive characteristics for sales. My colleagues at that time joined AWS, Google, Oracle, etc.

      Cons

      I needed very long times to work. But I heard that it has improved nowadays.
