      Lots of restructuring throughout the business, but little relevant communication. Leadership should keep their teams better informed.

      Previous culture was good and customer/patient centric- the people who still remain from audiology systems are good people and truly cared about their customers

      Cons

      Company is only concerned about profit- not customer service- territories are ridiculously large and are not manageable. Customers are no longer receiving quality attention
