Pros

Previous culture was good and customer/patient centric- the people who still remain from audiology systems are good people and truly cared about their customers

Cons

Company is only concerned about profit- not customer service- territories are ridiculously large and are not manageable. Customers are no longer receiving quality attention

Good bonus structure, tenure of most employees

Cons

C-suite leadership has completely changed in the last 2 years. Constantly restructuring to sell within next 2 years.
