Management Incompetence and Lack of Technical Scope: I have observed a significant lack of technical expertise and understanding among the managerial staff. Their limited knowledge and oversight have resulted in ineffective decision-making and inefficient project management. It is essential that managers possess the necessary technical acumen to guide their teams effectively. Salary Delay and Lack of Salary Payment Policy: The irregularity in salary disbursement is causing severe financial strain for employees. The current practice of paying salaries every 2.5 months is highly disruptive and does not align with industry standards or employee expectations. Furthermore, the absence of a transparent salary payment policy is deeply concerning and contributes to a lack of trust and uncertainty among the workforce. Lack of Empathy and Early Release Policy Inconsistency: When employees have sought early release due to the salary delay, they have been met with a strict adherence to the 3-month notice policy. This lack of empathy and understanding contradicts the organization's obligation to prioritize the well-being of its employees. Moreover, the additional request for employees to pay money for early release is unjust and exacerbates the financial difficulties they are already facing. Unfair Performance Evaluation and Lack of Transparency: The process of performance evaluation seems flawed, as it has resulted in undeserving individuals being placed on the low-performance list. This not only damages employee morale but also undermines the credibility of the evaluation system. Additionally, the lack of transparency regarding the reasons behind salary delays further diminishes employee trust and engagement. Attempted Salary Withholding Under the Guise of Policy: It has come to my attention that the organization is attempting to withhold salaries under the pretext of policy. This is a gross violation of employee rights and an unfair practice that adds to the financial burdens already experienced by employees. Inadequate Communication with New Joiners: The organization has failed to disclose the significant salary issues to new joiners, resulting in their unawareness of the challenges they will face. Transparent communication during the hiring process is crucial to ensure that employees have a realistic understanding of the work environment they are entering. Poor Work-Life Balance: The organization's current practices and demands have resulted in a poor work-life balance for employees. Striking a healthy equilibrium between professional responsibilities and personal well-being is vital to maintain employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational success.
