1. Salary delay ..Its been a 12 months that we are not getting salary on time .... salary get delayed even for 3 months .. initially they use to mail us but not they did not even bother to reply our mail . 2. HR management is worst , for initial days they will talk to you very nicely but once you join the don't even receive your call 3. Forget hikes , I have been working here since one and half year on same salary 4. 95% employees are planning to leave the company
