      Good exposure to development works using J2EE,Spring and MVC architecture, Fast learning, Good growth opportunities, Team members and manager very helpful and cooperative,

      Low Compensation and very low increments, No additional benefits, sometimes too much work load on freshers, HR policies are not employee friendly, work-life balance depends on the team you are into.
