Pros
- Knowing you're giving kids the chance to attend college - Seeing where there are gaps in scholarships and building programs that address those - Opportunity to travel for work events - Small team where everyone works hard to accomplish making the kids the stars
Cons
- Low pay with iffy insurance - Lots of work expected, especially some out of your realm - CEO and VP have no qualms with firing you if they don't like you or if you question them on major policy - Throws around the "we're a family" thing all the time
