The transition to working from home (due to Covid) was seamless thanks to the great infrastructure team. And while we are missing out on some of the benefits of working from the office for now (free food, in-person social events, Christmas party...) management are really conscious of maintaining our company culture whilst we're all working remote with twice-weekly fun "breaks", regular catch-up meetings, and a nice surprise of a Christmas gift box in the post! It still feels like we're very much a team. Everyone is so helpful and good communication is very much the focus.

I've worked here for several years now and it's a very pleasant environment to be in every day. Especially for a software developer. We follow the agile process quite well which leads to a calm and controlled workflow. There are production problems which need to be addressed as they crop up but there's a very good team mentality where everyone is prepared to lend a hand to get jobs done. There is a nice social side to the job too with regular events organised for us - nights out for the Jazz, treasure hunts, bowling etc. The free food is good. Kitchen is always fully stocked. And I get free health care, and pension contribution.
