      Hostile and abusive work environment. Owners do not value employees ONLY money

      Hours (9-5 or 6) Working with small business owners

      Cons

      Owners only care about profits. They will squeeze every dime out of the customer (even if they can barely afford it) Employees are not valued Owners scream and shout all the time. No recognition of employee's hard work, big sales, etc. No growth opportunities

      Reasonable commute to work and nothing

      Cons

      The owner likes to yell at people for working hard. There is always a change in the system because the owner keeps changing the system back and forth. Treats everyone horribly. No training and feels like the company is racist.
