A high degree of autonomy is given by my manager, especially in instances where I am a subject matter expert. Mytech does a pretty good job promoting a culture of learning, which is extremely important in the IT industry. Company as a whole is very process oriented and has much more documentation of procedures than other companies of it's size and age.

Mytech is a place that allows each of us to contribute to the organization as an individual and part of a team. We have control of our own pay based on performance plans and have an expectation to accomplish those goals. No where else I've ever worked has given an opportunity to earn more than 3% per year. Also the managers treat us like normal people - with normal expectations and flexibility.
