They accept anyone who will work for little money. You do not need to have experience to do a hard job for them.
Cons
No good polish management. Bullying!

Not much i can say about pros...if you desperately need the job,or if it is your first job,or you are a foreigner who just landed in Ireland,it's ok.Not good,but ok.
Cons
Lots of empty promises.It is a miracle if you get raise or promotion there.Only for butt-kissers,snitches,or masochists.Owners seem like a nice people,very polite to workers,but management is the worst kind.It's a miracle this company didn't close down with management like this.I pity the owners,and the workers.
