Pros

Sometimes there’s company catering and making pet meds is pretty fun.

Cons

Awful awful awful. Toxic environment. Upper management will gaslight you when you bring up genuine concerns. Needed therapy after this job. The unrealistic metrics and pressure from out of touch upper management will have you stressed even on your days off.

Pros

Small company that is growing and very successful. Each employee can have influence and be impactful. Great work life balance with leadership support, both professionally and personally. Every day you get to help care for pet patients.

Cons

As a small company, everything you do (and don’t do) is transparent. Fast growth of the company means a lot of changes and adjustments. Some thrive in this environment, others do not. It’s retail pharmacy, so it can be tough sometimes.

Pros

-Meaningful mission. We provide life-saving compounded medications for animals in need which makes what you're selling feel genuinely worthwhile. -Real opportunity to grow. There are multiple examples of promotions across the organization. If you prove you're a hard worker and a true asset to the team you will be rewarded for it. -Remote work flexibility that is hard to find elsewhere

Cons

-Fast-paced growing company where things can change quickly. You need to be comfortable with shifting responsibilities and adapting on the fly. -Processes are still being built out as the company scales so if you need everything perfectly defined this might not be the right fit. That said if you enjoy figuring things out and building something it can also be one of the more exciting parts of the job.
