Pros

Friendly coworkers, occasional free sox/bruins tickets.

Cons

Even after many years, Mittcom is still a tense, scarily-disorganized place. Sustained growth is rare. Turnover in the last five years has been a revolving door. The CEO refers to employees as a 'family', yet makes it very clear that he alone runs the show for any and all decisions. For some reason, there is a strict zero-tolerance WFH policy (you can't, that's the policy). Sexist attitudes and xenophobic language isn't uncommon. Visceral lack of authenticity from management. Quality and relevance of the ads do not matter. If we got paid; we did great. Oh; and no dental, no vision.

Pros

The coworkers are very kind (not management)

Cons

Management consistently makes racist / sexist / homophobic remarks, will not tolerate WFH in any capacity, all around a toxic environment
