      -they fire you before you realize you should quit - they allow you to take naps on the job

      Cons

      -insecure men cant handle accountability for not doing their job properly so they fire people under them to cover their tracks and make themselves look better. - they dont follow through with what they say

      Management is corrupted. They fired employees that have been there for year to bring their friends from other places.

      Plenty of places to hide and not do your work. Very little accountability.

      Cons

      This company fired someone the week of thanksgiving with no plan in place for coverage of that person's duties, stating that the position was being phased out but then why are there so many duties that still need to be handled?
