So many, but I'll list a few: - the worst management team ever - meetings are poorly run with no agenda that take forever - a god-awful support team in China that manages bottom-of-the-barrel factories - company is a one-trick pony - had aspirations of being a "product engine" but has only ever succeeded in producing a cushioned bathmat that the owner stumbled upon in China and had the luck to sell into BBB; otherwise, all their product development ideas have failed miserably - the owner is a know nothing blowhard - the offices are a mess - company enforces an ultra-strict 9am start, but doesn't notice the late hours employees work while communicating with China

Micromanaging from the top down. It's run like a mom & pop business where no one can make any decisions. Definitely a very bad work environment and very political. Constant firing and layoffs - everyone here is just hiding waiting to get fired. It looks like a revolving door but it's too bad the best in management have left the company.
