      Pros

      Standard of colleagues extremely high, lots of ownership, great balance between working hard but chilled vibes. Great place to learn as communications are very open and feedback is encouraged.

      Lot's of work to be done - which is a good thing for a growing startup!

      The founders are credible and serious professionals. It's a great place as an opportunity for growth. Friendly and inclusive atmosphere.

      The nature of startup work requires that you actively rescope your responsibilities whilst tracking company priorities — some may find this challenging.
