      Pros

      - Fair compensation. - Radical transparency. Working in public gets takes some getting used to, but is a great model for remote teams. - Company is truly built out of love for games and gaming communities.

      Cons

      - At times, too many resources are devoted to product design at the expense of actual development. - Goals can be unrealistic given market and economic conditions.

      Amazing company culture, very juvenile, very fresh. Use of very recent technologies Good salaries

      Cons

      A bit unstable due to it being a startup (several rounds of lay-offs) hopefully they are at a better stage now.
