If you need experience to build up you're resume, then this may be a place to start. They'll hire just about anyone. Decent experience for cGMP and GDP. Decent co-workers, you might actually find true friendship.
Cons
If you are willing to submit yourself to mistreatment, disrespect, and defamation of your own character, then by all means, this will be the place to be. The lack of communication in this place is TERRIBLE. Management SUCKS, it's all about what makes them look good in front of their VP, CEO, and all others in the top of the hierarchy. If you ever have a problem, DO NOT speak to HR unless you are ready to be FIRED. There's been several people that were let go one too many times because they decided to speak up & speak to HR about mistreatment, harrassment, etc. Oh, and also know that upper management WILL make you back date documents, falsify documentation, so forget about your ethics. If you are not Caucasian, know that you will be treated accordingly, it will be your word against theirs. Racism is real in this company & you will be worked like slave while others stand around "working" while you do all the dirty work that they do not want to do. HR is a joke, HR is NOT for the working man/woman, HR is for upper management ONLY. Watch your back, everyone is only looking out for themselves. This place within itself is a complete joke of a company.
