Experience differs heavily based on department. Office environment has generally good management.

Cons

Certain departments give nothing but laborious work to co-ops that nobody else wants to do.

There’s plenty to do and the pay is decent. Most of the people are very helpful if you have questions.

Cons

Some of the work I personally seemed to just be busy work or work that did not relate to my particular major at all.

Stuck at a desk, some departments will just have you bored, re earning a departments respect each term takes time
