Real focus on staff wellbeing and open communication. Lots of HR and IT support which is vital during remote working.

Nothing specific to report. I haven't been able to meet my colleagues face to face but that is due to the pandemic and therefore outside their control. In fact they handled the onboarding and induction training that was done remotely excellently.
Thank you for your review. We are so glad that you have found your onboarding and induction period to be a positive experience. When we started 2020 we certainly didn't expect to be recruiting and inducting colleagues remotely for over three quarters of the year. It will be great when we are able to work together in our offices and get to spend time in the same office as our colleagues.

We really appreciate the time taken to review your experience of working at MPS. It's good to hear you are enjoying the work you are doing and have received a positive induction. From the fact that you have been with MPS for less than a year it's a strong possibility that you may not have met a lot of your colleagues face to face. We all hope this can happen soon. MPS is quite a large organisation, so getting to know people can be a challenge. I'd encourage you to get involved in some of the social activities and the random coffee initiative can be a great way to meet people in different teams and across different offices and countries.
