The benefits are good. Accessible to the Metro.
Cons
Serious lack of structure and organization. Serious lack of communication and timely follow through. Not an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment as it's often described. Very much operates like a mom and pop shop. Lack of accountability. Meetings madness. Most meetings could be emails. Caliber of people are less than desirable.
