Pros
Relaxed work environment (including dress code!) and fun people to work with who are ready to jump in and with some elbow grease to finish the job! The company cares about making a change in people's lives and not only about making money (which unfortunately makes the world go around). The pandemic helped the work-from-home culture by allowing many new team members across the country to be hired.
Cons
The work-from-home culture is still new and sometimes it is difficult to have coherency across the entire company because the ol' water cooler conversations do not happen anymore.
