Pros
Easy-going atmosphere generally speaking. Some branches were better and more pleasant than others. They are understanding with personal needs and allow time-off with advance notice.
Cons
Often time scheduled shifts of employees would be changed/altered/deleted at very short notice. (i.e night before/morning of the expected shift). As a result, employees would sometimes arrive only to discover they aren't scheduled after all and just wasted their time and money commuting.

Pros
Most people are good to work with. It is fun to work with children and the employers are nice and will increase salary over time if you work well. The employers can be kind and helpful.
Cons
Employers sometimes don't communicate clearly. 3 month notice period. No benefits Can have unrealistic expectations. Over pack schedule. Skirt the edge of employment law - everything is legal but only just - employees should stay updated on law
