-some of the most dedicated and hardworking people you’ll ever meet as coworkers -managers are generally helpful in personal growth and financial readiness counseling -quick promotions based on performance
Cons
-work-life balance is minimal, working 6 days a week 11-12 hours a day -tons of pressure to stay in the role, be okay with lower pay/long hours for years -if you want to talk to/get advice from higher management you have to “earn it”
Misleading job and company name, said it was was for junior project manager but it was for sales rep with a different company name. Asked questions on why things are different in the job advertisement as opposed to the actual job being offered and got pressured to just sign the job contract and don’t question?
