Pros
You get interesting projects which you can implement your solutions in the best way you see fit according to best practice from Microsoft.
Cons
No benifits, the management throws a few parties here and there, and expect employees to be happy without any education offers, 1-1 talks. And furthermore you have to force them by showing up on the address and be angry to actually get your yearly salary. You strongly get the feeling they care about the numbers you bring ($) in and not the employee. Overtime is not paid extra.
