At MainPower employees have the opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight, work alongside a talented team to maintain and operate a rapidly expanding network. Opportunities to advance are available and management is supportive of providing field staff different opportunities within head office if desired.
Cons
The drive from Christchurch is probably the only slight con, but Rangiora is a great place to live anyway.
