      Pros

      - The people, including the owners, are so great and kind—they’re always trying to help and guide you. - The pay rate is good, and in my case, it was better than the overall market.

      Cons

      - They don’t offer benefits such as PTOs or bonuses. - You will work for a client, so if the contract ends, you may not have another one.

      Pros

      Better than working for a latin american company when it comes to salary.

      Cons

      No benefits are added to your pay. And there are no free holidays, doesn't matter where you are from. The company culture is not very nice. I don't find it very friendly with non-normative people. And if you found yourself here, your career will be stuck in the same project and the same role for a long time. Some employees make racial comments during meetings (so be prepared for that and for HR to do nothing about it, or for even HR make a comment of this kind), this is a neither inclusive nor diverse company.
