Pros

-Annual Dinner -Bonus -Good Team -Good way to learn all departments' responsibilities since Customer Care is the centre.

Cons

-Favouritism and inconsistent treatment among employees, affecting workplace fairness. -Authority being used in a way that felt excessive or discouraging. -Management decisions at times felt emotionally driven, and would rather lose a good employee than face the issue and search for a resolution. -Strong micro-management culture, even for consistently high-performing employees. -Limited openness to feedback from employees and will receive unfair treatment after, which will contribute to a stressful and discouraging environment. -Shift scheduling and manpower issues were often blamed on the staff, despite requests (approved or unapproved) being made in advance and final decisions being management-approved. -Operational demands often required availability beyond standard working days, including peak periods and holidays. Irregular working hours made it difficult to maintain a consistent work-life balance and recovery time between shifts.

Pros

the commission is good. can get rm4k if u really push urself

Cons

The basic salary is quite low, and the working environment is unhealthy. Many staff are selfish, and sales are often taken by others—especially because sales assistants are not allowed in the cashier area. If the cashier is not honest, your sales can easily be claimed by someone else. Training is very minimal. Most of what I learned came from colleagues who were also new and still figuring things out themselves. New staff are often given excessive workloads, and there is a culture of badmouthing others, especially if you choose not to be part of certain groups. Career growth is almost nonexistent unless you are on very good terms with management. Regardless of how much effort you put in, how many difficult customers you handle, or how good your service is, it does not matter if you do not “please” the higher-ups. Without that, you will remain an RSA, with PIC being the highest position most can reach. Overall, this is not a supportive or fair workplace.
