      This company likes to promote withing whenever possible. Great place to start a career.

      They are owned by Stanley Black and Decker who controls most big decisions within the company.

      Pros

      The staff becomes your family, you get attached to the distributors.

      Cons

      Big change in management and the attendance policy is almost impossible. Not a place to work of you have any children or illness because they really don't care. The place isn't ran correctly so there is always a problem that needs to be fixed, resulting in a ton of OT.
