Pros

The staff becomes your family, you get attached to the distributors.

Cons

Big change in management and the attendance policy is almost impossible. Not a place to work of you have any children or illness because they really don't care. The place isn't ran correctly so there is always a problem that needs to be fixed, resulting in a ton of OT.

Pros

Online learning opportunities, work in groups, and days go by fast.

Cons

Have to get along with coworkers,, can be a challenge. Outdated everything; break room, phone and computer technology, and expect alot of micro-management. True ladder systems, you, your lead, your shift supervisor, your supervisors' Manager in an office monitoring everything, VP, and then CEO. "Leadership's Team" meets every week to discuss company info., aka you.

Pros

Office culture is comfortable. The managers don't micromanage you. You are treated like an adult. Good work life balance. The weekly perks are a good advantage (food truck Wednesdays).

Cons

Busy call center, you are always on the phone. If you make a mistake, instead of coming to you, an email is sent to several other people before you know about it and then you are "coached" on the correct procedure.
