Pros

Pros ? Seriously ? no pros in terms of intelligence only slavery is practiced.

Cons

1. Non technical Managers . Got no technical knowledge at all. Manual people promoted to Managers with minus infinity skills. 2. Worst culture amongst IT companies. 3. Ton of pressure. 4. Gurgaon centre is full of slaves. 5. 90% old staff has quit their jobs who stayed for over a decade after being harassed by egoistic Managers. 6. Work Work Work every hour , every minute, every second of your life here, 7. Max. increment is like 7-9% per annum. 8. Even after giving my life for this company i had to quit after a decade for being harassed by Manager especially him favoring his Cute guy (gesture is more than enough for a wise man). 9. Manager defends his favorite employee only. 10. Zero technical knowledge does not allow managers to understand the problems. 11. Bow down to your manager else he won't listen and will put his ego in front of you. 12. Kiss the boot or go to your own route policy. 13. No efforts are being made to stop hard working old people. 14. Every manager has his own personal setting made up with other manager so don't ever put your words out in front of other managers, 15. Respect can't be earned in here, you can only be slave. 16. Don't show your skills here else you will be burdened until you meet your misfortune. 17. A lot of old people are bringing in their relatives exploiting the policy and hiding it under their nerves and building family in here. 18. Oldie people are goldie people. 19. You need to be a philanthropist in terms of work and take other people work else the manger will give other people work to you. 20. Totally unprofessional behaviour of some senior staff members. 21. If the company wants to throw you out they will rate you 2. (Alarming Situation - happened with a lady last year) 22. Why? When? No? What? How ? Priority! Urgent! are the famous words practiced by managers. 23. Gurgaon centre will hire anyone just to fill the hole left by ex-staff members and then a burden of BULLDOZER will pulled off your back until you disolve in that hole completely. example : They may hire a COOK and ask him to write a program to predict the FUTURE . 24. One can't be a real hero in here but can be a great Zero for sure, in order to observe this just spend 2 months and you will get to know whats really cooking in here.

one manager make employee life hell . He treat employee as his slave . Manager has spoiled the company culture Always shout on employees . There is no work life balance All good reviews are fake to improve company rating Manager is not technical so always expectation are unrealistic He do not believe on employee and he think he is smart but in realty he is fool

Pros

1) Salary on time 2) Work from home

Cons

1) If you have life and want to have a life don't have MYCOM OSI India as an option for you, will regret forever and ever. 2) The culture is full of extreme stress with zero work-life balance, have seen people struggling on health front just joining here after 6-7 months. 3) Making people work on Saturday/Sunday or holidays is considered as a success rather than planning failures by RND India Managers. 4) The availability of managers when an employee is working on off days is over the phone as they are enjoying sunny, winter, rainy days with their families. 5) RND Managers/Directors in France work (They code and test, that's why they don't poke their colleagues, they know it is difficult to work and solve the problem) but here in India they just plan, come again plan and then again plan which finally is a failure. 6) All Managers as of now are 100% man managers and it's strange how such a small company can afford to have so many man managers when there is an acute shortage of resources across all RND verticals. It seems the only purpose of managers here is India is to poke people and peep into their personnel life, who the hell are they to ask people to work after office hours as a matter of right, you have to request not expect it as an obligation. 7) Favoritism is too high; especially in RND and that too in one of the verticals [I know all current employees would be spot on to understand him, the CUTIE boy] 8) HR answer: [If they have time, as they are too busy doing nothing] people need to work on weekends or late nights wherever business requires, but this "WHENEVER" is "EVER" here. 9) All good reviews written here is 100% fake by HR and RND manager(s) 10) HR nor Managers never ever talk with employees to understand their problems.
