Pros
Fast moving competitive company, lots of learning potential in a very interesting field. High profile clients and scope for progression within the company, with high expectations from staff. Very loyal owner/managers.
Cons
Staff retention in a such competitive field was a challenge. Could do with some modernization with regards to management practices. Work life balance can also be tough with such high expectations
