      A Fine Enough Company

      It was a job I was able to do with minimal company interference so it's good for people who are just looking for a place to be employed.

      Cons

      I was laid off the day after my manager assured our team there weren't going to be layoffs so either there's a problem with internal communication or dishonesty.

      Mass layoffs and outsourcing

      Good working environment and culture.

      Cons

      The company is not doing great financially and is going through mass layoffs and outsourcing jobs to India. Even before that, the raises were horribly, Middle management are obsessed with their reports so you will be spending half your time creating Jira cards and logging time, which have effectively turned into time sheets.

      Cons

      They are migrating to solely overseas support. Eliminating all us support roles over time. Wave 2 of layoffs just happened.
