Pros

It's a job...and they pay on time. The office is in a decent location and is close to major freeways.

Cons

The management is lousy. People are hired and fired at will. Walking around the office, you can smell the sense of dread from people worried about their jobs and about their managers finding something to be upset about. There is a dog eat dog mentality that I have never seen. People are mostly miserable and the company is on it's way into the gutter due to mismanagement. Upper level decision makers are emotional and unpredictable resulting in an atmosphere where workers walk on egg shells. I cannot emphasize this enough, YOU CAN BE FIRED AT WILL AND FOR NO REASON AT ALL! In addition, this page used to contain 50+ reviews and it suddenly does not anymore. This company is filling the review section with fake reviews! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! Overall, they have a slimy business model and if you respect yourself, try to find work somewhere else. Also, they make everyone sign a non-compete that is very broad and lasts TWO YEARS! If they fire you, you won't be able to work for two years in the industry!

Pros

Some of the co-workers are pleasant.

Cons

Really weird work environment. It is so quiet, nobody talks to each other. HR is useless. I was made an offer and they were not sure what salary grade I would be in (which determines the vacation benefit). To top it off, the offer came from the HR manager. Was also not able to inform as to whom I would be reporting to, which was an important deciding factor as I wish to learn from whom I work for (and a few of the people that I interviewed with I would not be interested in working for!). No transparency into the corporate planning making the non-management not have a clue as to what is going on at the company. This does not lend to making the employees actually feeling as if they are part of a bigger picture. I have never seen so much secrecy within a company before. They hire people and cut them quickly as if they have not fully planned on their future business needs. This has put people in a bad position as they have left a job to come to this one on the promise that the business here is growing and can support the new employee. The management team seem to be highly overworked.
