Nice colleagues but slow design culture and growth

- The colleagues are all really polite - Stability of a corporate company with health insurance, etc. - Work-life balance is good with many HO days and possibility of being fully remote

Cons

- There is very little design culture as you work with ppl who have been in the airline industry for very long and are really hard to convince - Changes happen really slow - There is no clear career path in design
