Pros
The work staff isn’t that bad, you get what you pay for. A certain few very unprofessional people (namely one) will inevitably bring the entire organization down.
Cons
Disastrous. Stay far away, worst work experience of my life. There are no words to express how bad this place is. No one knows what they are doing, all talk no action. A few certain people are very unprofessional and will bring the company/family legacy down with them. The “heir” to the organization acts like management without offering any guidance and has no sense of business, humanity or decency. It’s a joke.
