      Pros

      Promoted in 6 months in Sept of 2011. Given full reign to build a channel which thrives today. Nobody bothers me, make my numbers, out. Work life balance is awesome. Direct report is awesome. CEO is just the best! Traffic, I have none each way as I live to the west. It's great.

      Cons

      Hire too many Mellenials and softies. Half the buildings g is intimidated by the sales team for obvious reasons. We have a personality and don't need bring your dog to work days.

      Really Great Place to Work, Learn & Grown.

      Pros

      They have a very talented group of people that are all self starters and great team players. You really know people care about your well being (unlike my last employer). It is a very entrepreneurial company that empowers people with ideas to make something happen.

      Cons

      Training is more "on the job" which can be difficult for the wrong type. They are seasonal and get really busy at different times of the year which can be stressful. No profit sharing that I am aware of (although the benefits are pretty in line with most other companies).
