Pros
- Can long lunch hrs and all staffs can go together without anyone staying around in office/warehouse. - Learn to shake head when having conversation. - Worklife balance company. All staffs include management come in late and leave on dot. - Clueless management. - Few reporting channel. Allow someone sit in dubai (totally irrelevant) to involved in local business and had to report to him. He has zero knowledge to local market.
Cons
- Salary delay happens. - Below market rate. - That dubai guy can be very rude and nasty. - Indian (from India) will have better benefit than anyone else. Unfair. - Indian (from India) can absent thru verbal without any documentation support. - Not for the local.
