- Colleagues are very friendly, young and fun - Weekly team bonding nights can be very fun - Weekly pay - Career advancement is decent - Travel opportunities are present but competitive - No corporate politics - Direct approach in telling you things the right way

- Pandemic can affect working hours and pay - Career advancement is also questionable - Management can affect your career progression, depend on who u get to mentor you - If you want stability, this job is not for you - Management may share things directly and not sugarcoat on advice like honest truths - 6 working days
